Mom's apple crisp.

1 bag of apples
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. water

* Preheat oven to 375.
* 8x11x2" casserole dish.

Chop apples and place in casserole dish. Add half a cup of water, 6 tsp. of
butter around the apples, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
In a mixing bowl, put together a cup of flour, cup of sugar, about 2 table
spoons of cinnamon and a whole stick of butter. Mix all together and place
on top of the apples in the casserole dish.

* Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
* Let it cool for about 20 minutes before serving.
