Regular loaf.
3/4 c. water
2 c. white bread flour
1/2 tsp. dry milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. yeast (fast rise)
2 tsp. yeast (active dry)
Large loaf.
1 1/4 c. water
3 c. white bread flour
1 tsp. dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp yeast (fast rise)
3 tsp. yeast (active dry)

Put ingredients into bread machine according to directions. Or use Rhodes
frozen bread, and let thaw before using.

Filling: 1/2 c. pizza sauce, 1/2 c. italian sausage, 1/2 lb. hamburger, pep-
peroni, green peppers, onions, olives. (your choice of fillings is limited
only by your imagination)

Roll dough out on lightly floured surface. Transfer to lightly greased
cookie sheet. Spoon pizza sauce onto center of dough, and add filling.
Make diagonal cuts 1 1/2 inches apart down each side, cutting to within a
half inch of filling. Crisscross strips of dough over filling, pressing down
and sealng with a drop of water. Brush top with melted butter and bake
at 350 for 35-45 minutes until golden brown. Pour warm sauce over top
before serving. Calsone can be prepared several hours ahead of time and
kept in the refigerator until baking.
